Many vendors claim to have the best anti-spyware software to combat the onslaught of malicious programs being released over the internet.  Some of the products are indeed very good, however no single product will protect your computer 100%!

There are many fine anti-spyware programs available. With several distinct methods of detecting and removing unwanted and malicious spyware programs from your computer, these software security measures offer a number of configurable options to suit your needs.

This option serves several purposes in allowing the anti-spyware program to do its job effectively.

A quarantined file can be forwarded to the makers of the anti-spyware product so they can study it and check for modifications that may require new definitions updates to be issued. There is always the ultimate option of merely deleting reported files as spyware.
